About the project
Eagle View Lofts is an exciting multifamily development in the Historic East Village area of Des Moines. The project itself is extremely unique with a large overhanging sixth floor common balcony, dubbed the “Eagle’s Nest”. The seven-story, 120-unit residential tower was designed with a structural steel and precast concrete structure. Window layouts and vertical cores make the exterior very remarkable and eye catching. The building is also raised on columns which provides on-grade parking below the building itself and also helps to create outstanding views of the river, even for first floor occupants. A beautiful blend of city living and natural beauty make the Eagle View Lofts a special place just on the edge of downtown.
