About the project
Our team worked hand in hand with SJAFB and the design team through a very fast paced preconstruction process. In the end we delivered the project in thirteen blistering weeks and procured both MEP and millwork through a Design-Build delivery method. Being flexible and responsive were the keys to the project’s success and allowed us to share in SJAFB’s pride in their new offices.
Perhaps the highlight of the project was a unique, custom crafted door which appears to be nothing more than a matching wall panel in the firm’s board room. Weighing nearly 400 pounds, standing eight-foot tall and spanning five and half feet in width; this mammoth door pivots on floor and ceiling mounted pins to mask a full Audio Visual display.
